Formats & Media
Make sure your picture is of a high enough resolution. The image should be 300 DPI at whatever size you're planning to print it at for best results. It should only be slightely compressed, if compressed at all (i.e. Jpeg at maximum quality). If it's of a higher resolution, that is fine, but if it's lower, it will potentially look pixilated. For instance, for ideal resolution, a 4x6 image should be 1200 x 1800 pixels, with at least 6mBs.
We accept almost every kind of picture format for Macintosh and Windows operating systems.
We support the following storage mediums:
- CD-ROM
- Iomega Zip 250 mB, 100 mB for Mac or PC
- 3.5" floppy disks
- Sony memory stick (must be PC formatted)
- Smart Media Cards
- Compact Flash Cards
- XD Picture Cards
- Secure Digital Memory Cards
-Jump/Flash/Thumb USB Drives
