Terms of Payment
Our prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, most ATM cards, travelers checks and personal checks. Personal checks must be accompanied by a valid drivers license. A deposit may be required on any order exceeding $100 Open charge are available to commercial businesses only. Statements are sent monthly and terms are Net 30. Applications are available at the counter; accounts must be approved and opened before any order is submitted ( credit approval usually takes 5 - 10 days).

Everyone at Ag Photo - Photographic and Digital imaging labs takes great pride in their service to their customers. You have been very gracious entrusting your film with us. We promise to ensure you with quality prints and services that are done to the best of our efforts. Though, if you are not completely satisfied, talk to one of our representatives and they will gladly clarify any discrepancies. We welcome your helpful comments on our service. Thank you.
Rush Services and Charges
Some enlargement orders may be available for same day service, depending on machine availability. The additional rush charge is equal to the standard print price.
Overtime Services
Work scheduled for processing before or after our normal work hours can be arranged. The fee is $100 per hour with a $200 minimum.
Limit of Liability
Submitting any film, print, slide, negative or electronic media to Ag Photo - Photographic and Digital Imaging lab for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary, other agents, will only entitle you to replace with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print, slide, negative or electronic media is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. Ag Photo - Photographic and Digital Imaging lab do not assume liability, whether lost or damaged by fire, theft, negligence or any other means for customer supplied materials, such as frames, paintings, artwork, etc. that are submitted with orders. Should you chose to leave materials or prints, not processed in our lab, for mounting, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage incurred. We cannot be responsible for materials left unclaimed for more than thirty days after completion of our service. All prices and service specification are subject to change without notice.
Copyright Laws
Ag Photo - Photographic and Digital Imaging lab respect the rights of all artists and photographers to their copyrighted materials. We accept copyrighted materials only if written permission has been granted by the copyright owner. The customer further agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Ag Photo - Photographic and Digital Imaging lab for any costs or judgments resulting form claim for copyright infringement by the owner or his lawful assigns.
